Queens of the Court

This year we hosted our first tournament with 16 teams around the Magic Valley and we ended up the champs! Hallie, Lindsay, Sydney, Jaida, Rebecca, Jayli, Ashley.

This year we joined the EIVA league and also played in a power tournament in Idaho Falls.  It gave us some more competition and helped the girls to realize they have work to do and can always improve and grow taller!  We were a 7th grade team but played a lot of 8th graders.  One girl was already 6'1"!  I was proud of these girls and had a lot of fun coaching them along with my cheer mom, Trista Cook.

We did have a few rocky times but decided it was time TO PULL UP OUR BIG GIRL PANTIES!

Team building games in big panties was a hit!

Mikayla (5th grader) played on another Queens of the Court team made up of 6th graders.  We were able to practice together but our tournaments conflicted a lot.  Soon I will be coaching her too!  She has gotten so much stronger in just a year.  One tournament she led her team in highest percentage of serving!  She is even serving over hand now!
