Big 21
Happy 21 year anniversary to the best guy ever! Love you!
We took the littles to Utah and left them with the grandparents for a few nights break in SLC. What a much needed time to reconnect. The kids decorated our car before we left with puppets, cans, and writing. I loved the sign STILL MARRIED! I escaped and got a massage. AHHH! We shopped, went to a movie and ate at our favorite Red Lobster. It was so nice to not have a schedule! We even went to Barnes and Noble and sat there for 2 hours talking and making goals for this upcoming year. It was so relaxing and awesome to really get to talk to each other without interuption! The highlight of our getaway was the Alan Jackson concert outside. We were on the 4th row and enjoyed singing and dancing the night away. Our favorite song of his is, Remember When.....it kind of fit with our whole anniversary!

Boating
Kayla tricked Gracie and Ashley into jumping
Grandpa and Grandma came up during the fair and stayed with us a few days and took us boating. We decided this was the best time ever because the fair was going on and no one was on the river but us!
Ashley rippin it up
Kayla up and over the wake first time!
Hailey waterskiing!
Her first time up without me in the water helping her!
I even tried to ski despite my pulled hammy from our killer kickball game back in July at family reunion! I haven't skiied for years but it was fun!
Ty after nearly being thrown off gives the stop sign!
Actually through all the bumps he continued to hold his hand up in stop position and would only hold on with one hand. He figured out if he wears his goggles then he is less frightened because the water doesn't splash in his eyes.
Valerie got the most air this trip. I was sitting next to her and was laughing after recovering from big air. I saw my mom's face in the boat. She had a look of panic. I looked over and realized Valerie was gone. She had done a huge back flip out of the tube. She was scared but ok after we all praised her!Gas was an issue for us this week! The first time we took the boat out, Grandma Renee and I had to go find a tank and fill it with gas and bring it back because we forgot to fill it before we got in. The second day we filled up the tank and must of had a blast because no one realized we were on empty and it was nearly dark. We ran out of gas in the middle of the river and paddling was getting us no where. Luckily our kids can yell in distress very well and we were rescued by the only other boat on the river!

swim lessons
We did a week of private lessons with the best teacher Nancy. Hailey, Valerie, and Ty all participated with the Page kids. Hailey can now pass the swim test at the public pool and can jump off the diving board whenever she wants. Valerie and Ty each did very well. It helps to have no fear!
Chillin with the cousins
Livy, Alex, & Elle stayed with us in August from a Tuesday until Saturday. We had a blast with these cute girls. We went to nat so pah, swimming and fire by the river, did make overs, went to a movie and just enjoyed hanging out together! You guys can come anytime!
We all enjoyed watching the lightening storm especially since we never got rained on.
