Spa time

Leave it to Ashley and Mikayla to come up with fun new ways to paint their own nails and the dog's! Chandra just sat there patiently and got her nails clipped, buffed, and painted purple! I never would have imagined we would have a dog let alone a dog getting a pedi!

So close but so FAR!

I took the kids swimming the other day at the club. I enjoy sitting on sideline fully clothed watching children swim and holding Ty. Everyone had gotten out and taken off floaties but Hailey. Most were headed upstairs to showers. Before I knew it Valerie had gotten back in without floaties and was bobbing up and down in the water. She couldn't touch but was so close to grabbing the pole. Instinct took over and in I went in fully clothed. No time to rip off sweatshirt or Oobees. Mel was watching and we both had a good laugh after I knew she was safe. It was rather funny that in 3 1/2 feet of water I was soaked up to my neck! I sort of lunged for her thinking I could grab her but ended up sort of diving. I was so glad she was okay. We sure love that little girl!
